At One Team Elite Fitness, every workout is built with intention. We focus on strength training and hybrid-style conditioning to help you get stronger, move better, and feel more confident.

As a HYROX and Deadly Dozen affiliated gym, we prepare our members for real challenges both inside and outside the gym, including hybrid events, half marathons, and full marathons.

Whether you’re training for an event or just getting started, our classes are designed to meet you where you’re at. We’re beginner-friendly, but built to challenge you as you grow. Our weekly training structure keeps you consistent, balanced, and progressing week after week.

We’re a community-driven gym at our core. You’ll be surrounded by people who show up, coaches who lead by example, and a team that’s all in on helping you get better.

We’re built on community. When you join, you’re supported by a team that keeps you accountable and a coaching staff that’s with you every step of the way. You’re not doing this alone here.


Not at all. Our classes are built for all levels. Our experienced coaches meet you where you’re at and provide regressions and progressions for any injuries, guiding you every step of the way.


Most classes run about 60 minutes, including warm-up, workout, and cooldown.


Yes. Your first class is free. It’s the best way to experience our training and community before committing.


No. While we train for hybrid events like HYROX and DEKA FIT, competing is completely optional. Many of our members just come to get stronger, healthier, and stay consistent.
